Hosted Buyer Requirements
- Attend a minimum of 10 pre-scheduled appointments per day of attendance
- Uphold all appointment diary commitments
- Attend all scheduled networking events
- Attend one Speed Networking session
- Complete post show appointment rating and post show survey
Who can apply?
Hosted Buyers must meet WTM Latin America’s qualification criteria. All registration and application forms will therefore be reviewed against the following requirements:
For Leisure Travel Professionals
- Senior travel industry professional with direct purchasing and contracting authority
- Well acquainted with and already purchasing Latin American products
- Must be able to provide references from Latin American organisations you have conducted business with in the last year
- Desire to expand within Latin America
- Annual budget of consolidated spend in various categories (air, hotel, transportation etc)
- Volume of transactions in various categories (air, hotel, transportation etc)
- Attending show with a serious view to developing new business
- Looking to source a number of different types of suppliers.
Meetings (MICE) and Corporate Travel Professionals
- Senior travel industry professional with direct purchasing and contracting authority
- Well acquainted with and already purchasing Latin American products
- Must be able to provide references from Latin American organisations you have conducted business with in the last year
- Desire to expand within Latin America
